Return Policy

As Diandra Istanbul, we see customer satisfaction as our primary goal. In this direction, we have created the following corporate policy for the return of the products you have purchased. Please read the following terms and procedures carefully so that the return process can be completed smoothly and quickly.

1. Return Conditions

The return of the products you have purchased is carried out in accordance with the following conditions:

• Return Period: Products must be returned within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of purchase. This period starts from the date of delivery of the product to you.
• Product Status: The product to be returned must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. The invoice, certificate, warranty certificate and other additional documents sent with the product must be returned in full.
• Shipping Charge: Shipping costs for return shipments belong to the buyer, but if the product is returned due to a reason belonging to our company, such as a manufacturing defect or incorrect shipment, the shipping costs are covered by Diandra Istanbul.

2. Return Procedure

Please follow the steps below to initiate the return process:

2. Return Form: After your request is approved, you must complete the return form that will be sent to you. This form is necessary for the correct and fast execution of the return process.
3. Dispatch of the Product: Please send the product to be returned to our return address specified below together with the original packaging and additional documents. It is important that the product is properly packaged to prevent damage in cargo.
4. Returns Review: After the product is received by us, it is checked for compliance with the return conditions. If deemed appropriate, the return process is completed within 7 (seven) working days.
5. Payment Refund: Once the return has been authorised, the payment will be refunded to your payment method used at the time of purchase within 10 (ten) business days. For payments made by credit card, the refund period may vary depending on your bank.

• Personally designed or customised products (e.g. necklaces with a name engraved on them) are excluded from returns, except for manufacturing defects.
• Due to hygiene rules, used earrings or similar items cannot be returned.
• During the return process, it is the responsibility of the customer to make appropriate packaging to prevent damage to the products in the cargo.
• Diandra Istanbul reserves the right to change the return policy. The current policy is effective from the date it is published on our website.
