Diandra Istanbul sells necklaces, earrings, rings and other jewellery products. The descriptions, images and prices of all products offered on the Site are tried to be kept accurate and up-to-date. However, the Company is not responsible for errors that may occur in product descriptions or prices.

Availability of products is subject to change and the Company is under no obligation to sell or keep any product in stock. In the event that a product is out of stock, we will notify you and provide appropriate solutions.

5. Order and Payment

All orders placed through the Site must be approved by the Company for stock availability and price accuracy. In the event that your order is not confirmed, you will be notified by e-mail or other means of communication.

Payment transactions are carried out through a secure payment gateway. You can use credit card, debit card or other payment methods. We take all necessary precautions for the security of your payment information, but we are not responsible for losses in payment transactions that are the responsibility of third-party service providers.

6. Delivery and Return

The delivery of the products is made to the address you specified during the order. Delivery times may vary depending on your region and the courier company. All details regarding delivery will be stated in the order confirmation e-mail.

7. Intellectual Property

All content (texts, images, logos, designs, etc.) on the site belongs to Diandra Istanbul or the relevant right holders and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify or use these contents for commercial purposes without the prior written permission of the Company.

The products you purchase through the Site are for your personal use only. Resale or commercial use of the products is prohibited.
